"I have been a student of Patti Jo’s for many years, as a big fan of her Yoga Nidra classes. Although she always made them so special & sacred while attending the class in her “nest”, there is such value in doing the Yoga Nidra virtually in these challenging times. Patti Jo encourages all participants to set up there own sacred space. She is wonderful at giving us hints on useful things to have on hand for comfort (blankets, towels, pillows, eye pillows). Her guidance is just as relaxing virtually as in-person. And, the best part, after a completely relaxing session of Yoga Nidra, I don’t have to go out in the cold and drive home! I love this and am grateful for this little gift that has come through virtual classes with Patti Jo."

"After injuring my back, a low impact exercise was something I was looking for. I heard yoga would provide this so I borrowed a yoga video. Needless to say, that video session did not end well. I joined the world of Facebook and found Patti Jo. After a private session, I decided to give yoga another try. I can definitely tell you I am extremely happy I did. Not only did I get the exercise I was looking for, but I also found ways to stay healthier and ward off illness. I've learned techniques to remain calm when life gets stressful. I've learned that sometimes things need to be modified in order to work and, most importantly, I have discovered that it is OK to take time to do nothing but sit in silence without feeling guilty. I still have a long way to go in my yoga experience but it is easily achievable with Patti Jo's guidance."

Every class I have ever taken has been different from the one before. Patti Jo offers a unique experience to all participants. She explains the different parts of the practice and why they are important. She is a very nice person and wants to make sure everyone gets what they need out of the practice. The online classes are very similar to in person as long as you have a quiet place to practice!"
