Service Description
1:1 Yoga + Meditation | 90 Minutes A personalized session to support you through the season you’re in—whether that reflects the rhythms of nature or your own inner landscape. Together, we’ll explore breathing practices, gentle movement, focus and concentration, meditation, and yin yoga, guided by your needs and energy that day. We’ll make space to slow down, practice patience, and listen more closely to what your body and mind are asking for. Our practice will also invite reflection on everyday living—from eating mindfully to noticing our inner thoughts and the choices we make. These daily patterns can influence our wellbeing and mental health. You’ll leave with practical tools to nurture yourself with greater awareness, navigate change, and cultivate a steadier, more compassionate relationship with yourself. Cancellation Policy
Payment ✦ Payment is due at the time of your appointment. ✦ Checks are not accepted. ✦ For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service charge. ✦ A 10% discount is offered for advance payment (Venmo transactions include the $5 service charge). Self Care Sliding Scale ✦ If this offering calls to you but the cost feels heavy in this season, explore the Self-Care Sliding Scale. No one is ever turned away. Cancellations ✦ A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, except Shirodhara. ✦ Shirodhara appointments require 48 hours’ notice. ✦ Appointments canceled without proper notice will be charged in full. ✦ No-shows for classes or sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Refunds ✦ No refunds are available after a series has begun. ✦ No refunds for services already rendered. ✦ To honor the preparation and time reserved for you, prepaid services are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of your appointment.
