Service Description
This intimate 2-month mindfulness meditation series consists of four 90-minute sessions, meeting every other week. Rooted in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the series centers the breath as a steady, healing anchor for cultivating awareness, peace, and loving-kindness. Designed for 1–4 participants, you may join with loved ones to share intention and gentle accountability—or attend solo for a deeply personal, reflective experience. The small group creates a quiet, supportive container that encourages deep listening, presence, and meaningful integration. Participants will explore and embody the Seven Pillars of Mindfulness, weaving these principles into thoughts, words, and actions. Through cultivating presence and intentional living, mindfulness supports stress reduction, purposeful living, and opens the heart to peace, joy, and deep contentment. Rooted in Buddhist practice and the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, and Sean Fargo, this series invites you to live each day with clarity, purpose, and fullness, awakening to the richness available in the present moment. The every-other-week rhythm provides space to practice independently, integrate the teachings, and deepen your personal meditation habit, so each class builds upon your evolving awareness and mindfulness practice. This series is ideal for anyone seeking to step away from the noise of daily life and cultivate lasting peace from within. CLASS DATES: You choose the day and time that works best for you. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due at the time of your appointment or at the start of a series. For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service fee. Checks are not accepted. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
