Service Description
This restorative offering blends Yoga Nidra—the art of yogic sleep—with Padabhyanga, the time-honored practice of foot oiling, to create a deeply grounding and rejuvenating experience. Specifically designed for two, you can share this practice with a friend, loved one, or chosen companion—or enjoy it solo as a sacred time for yourself. Practicing with another creates shared intention, gentle accountability, and a sense of connection, while practicing alone allows for uninterrupted stillness and self-care. What is Padabhyanga? Padabhyanga balances all doshas and promotes holistic well-being. The massage of the feet calms the mind, body, and spirit, has a grounding effect, and reduces stress. Through stimulation of the marma points, blockages are released, and prana flows more freely. According to Ayurvedic medicine, Padabhyanga also supports the lungs and eyes, as marma points for these organs are located in the feet. What is “I AM” Yoga Nidra? The Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation technique that allows your body and mind to enter the deepest levels of relaxation, where every cell is permeated with peace and stillness. “I AM” Yoga Nidra unlocks the mystical, integrative powers of the subconscious and higher centers of consciousness, effortlessly supporting the release of self-destructive habits and patterns. It also activates your internal pharmacy, allowing the body to naturally produce the chemicals—melatonin, serotonin, dopamine—needed for health and happiness. During your practice, you will be in a comfortably position fully supported by props and blankets to allow your body to be supremely comfortable and still. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
