☾ WINTER Yin Yoga Series
soften into Winter's quiet wisdom

Service Description
This intimate series includes four 90-minute sessions. In Ayurveda, winter is a season of quiet, stillness, and conservation of energy. Nature slows, the days grow shorter, and the body naturally turns inward. During this time, many people experience dryness, tightness in the body, lower energy, or a sense of heaviness from the cold and darker months. This series is designed to support the natural rhythm of winter—offering warmth, nourishment, and deep rest for the body and nervous system. The rhythm of this offering is unhurried and intentional, allowing your nervous system the time and space it needs to soften and settle while gently supporting circulation and warmth within the body. Designed for 1–3 participants, this small-group setting offers a calm, supportive container where you are not rushed, watched, or expected to perform. Whether you attend alone or with friends, you are welcomed just as you are. Each person is supported in moving at their own pace, listening inward, and resting deeply. Each session centers around long-held yin postures and breath awareness, allowing the body to gradually release tension, hydrate connective tissues, and soften areas that tend to become tight or dry during the colder months. Together, these practices help quiet the mind, nourish the nervous system, and create a sense of warmth and steadiness through the winter season. Rooted in seasonal wisdom, classes also align with the meridians most active during winter, supporting harmony between body, mind, and nature’s rhythms of rest and restoration. Nothing is required of you here. This is a space to simply soften, breathe, and honor the slower pace of winter. This is not about stretching more. It is about slowing down, restoring warmth, and allowing your body the deep rest it naturally seeks this time of year. NEED A SPECIFIC DAY & TIME? No problem.
