Service Description

☾ Spring Yin Yoga Series This intimate 8-week spring series unfolds over four 90-minute sessions, gently spaced every other week as an invitation to transition out of winter with care, awareness, and ease. In Ayurveda, spring marks the shift from the heaviness and stillness of winter into a season of awakening, movement, and renewal. As the body begins to thaw from the colder months, accumulated heaviness can show up as sluggishness, congestion, fatigue, or mental fog. This series is designed to support that seasonal transition—helping the body gently clear, soften, and reawaken its natural vitality. The rhythm of this offering is unhurried and intentional, allowing your nervous system the time and space it needs to settle while also inviting subtle movement and circulation back into the body. Designed for 1–3 participants, this small-group setting offers a calm, supportive container where you are not rushed, watched, or expected to perform. Whether you attend alone or with friends, you are welcomed just as you are. Each person is supported in moving at their own pace, listening inward, and resting deeply. Each session centers around long-held yin postures and breath awareness, allowing the body to gradually release tension, improve circulation, and soften areas that have become tight or stagnant through the winter months. Together, these practices help ease winter’s heaviness, support gentle clearing within the body, and restore a sense of lightness and spaciousness as we move into spring. Rooted in seasonal wisdom, classes also align with the meridians most active during the spring season, supporting harmony between body, mind, and nature’s rhythms of renewal and growth. Nothing is required of you here. This is a space to simply soften, breathe, and welcome the season of renewal. This is not about stretching more. It is about releasing what winter has stored and making space for spring to move through you. NEED A SPECIFIC DAY & TIME, no problem. Please reach out to Patti Jo for availability. SELF CARE INVESTMENT: This offering is intentionally priced to make restorative care accessible when shared with others, while still allowing the option for a private experience.
