Private 1:1 Breathwork Session This 90-minute private session is designed for anyone seeking extra attention, wanting to check in on their breath patterns, or learn seasonal breath practices to support balance, clarity, and vitality. Whether you are navigating stress, looking to release tension, or simply craving a mindful reset, this session is tailored entirely to your needs. In this private setting, the pace is yours. You receive personalized guidance, gentle corrections, and tools that fit your body, mind, and current season. Each session provides space to notice subtle shifts, reflect on your experience, and integrate new ways of breathing that support your well-being in daily life. Our breath is the foundation of every bodily system. By tuning into conscious, mindful breathing, we help the nervous, circulatory, digestive, endocrine, lymphatic, urinary, reproductive, immune, musculoskeletal, integumentary, and sensory systems work in harmony. Focused breathwork cultivates calm, clarity, and inner balance while promoting optimal function throughout the body. Through Ayurvedic, dosha-specific breathwork, your practice may include: Grounding vata: slow, deep, nourishing breaths to calm restlessness and anxiety Cooling pitta: gentle, soothing breaths to ease reactivity and emotional intensity Energizing kapha: light, enlivening breaths to awaken vitality and lift energy Balancing your doshas through breath naturally restores equilibrium in the body, helping to release tension, anxiety, insomnia, or emotional heaviness while allowing the nervous system to settle into its natural state of ease. Rooted in seasonal rhythms and Ayurvedic wisdom, each session supports your body’s innate intelligence, enhances vitality, and cultivates resilience, clarity, and inner ease. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due at the time of your appointment or at the start of a series. For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service fee. Checks are not accepted. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
