Service Description
Private 1:1 Yin Yoga Session This 90-minute private session is created for anyone who isn’t ready to commit to a full series, or who is longing for something more personal and intentional. Whether you’re moving through a particular season of life, feeling depleted, or simply needing a quiet moment to breathe and recalibrate, this experience is designed entirely around you. In this one-on-one setting, there is no performance, no comparison, and no pressure. The practice unfolds at your pace, shaped by what your mind and body are asking for that day. Each session is thoughtfully sequenced to support your unique constitution, current stress levels, and the season you’re in—both internally and externally. From an Ayurvedic perspective, stress is often the root of imbalance. When vata is elevated, anxiety and overwhelm arise. When pitta is aggravated, irritation and intensity build. Yin yoga gently soothes both, guiding the nervous system out of urgency and into steadiness and ease. It also supports healthy kapha by cultivating groundedness, emotional safety, and inner stability. Your session weaves together long-held yin postures with padabhyanga, the Ayurvedic practice of oiling and massaging the feet. This grounding ritual draws energy downward, calms the nervous system, and stimulates marma points throughout the body. The combination of stillness, breath, and nurturing touch invites deep rest and helps restore what has been quietly depleted. Seasonal wisdom may also be woven into your practice, aligning with the meridians most active at this time of year to support harmony between body, mind, and nature’s rhythms. Nothing is required of you here. This is simply a space to soften, process, and recharge. This is not about stretching more. It’s about restoring balance at the root—so healing can unfold naturally. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. PAYMENT POLICY Payment is due at the time of your appointment or at the start of a series. For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service fee. Checks are not accepted. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
