Service Description
This intimate group of 1–3 people unfolds over four 90-minute sessions, every other week, thoughtfully paced to allow your body, mind, and energy the time to integrate the breath practices, notice subtle shifts, and return with reflections and lived experiences. Sharing in the group deepens your own practice while supporting others on their journey. Our breath is the foundation of all bodily systems. By focusing attention on the respiratory system, we support every other system—nervous, circulatory, digestive, endocrine, lymphatic, urinary, reproductive, immune, musculoskeletal, integumentary (skin), and sensory—helping them work in harmony. When we give our breath conscious attention, the entire body and mind benefit, functioning at their best while cultivating calm, clarity, and inner balance. Through mindful, dosha-specific breathwork, you will: Ground vata with slow, deep, nourishing breaths to calm restlessness and anxiety Cool pitta with gentle, soothing breaths to ease reactivity and emotional intensity Energize kapha with light, enlivening breaths to create vitality and lift By balancing your doshas, you naturally restore equilibrium in the body. Over time, this practice can reduce or even release pain, sadness, anxiety, insomnia, and tension, allowing your nervous system to settle into its natural state of calm. Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom and seasonal rhythms, each session helps you reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence, restore vitality, and cultivate clarity, resilience, and inner ease. Whether you attend alone or with friends, this small-group practice offers a safe, intimate space where you can move at your own pace, receive gentle guidance, and experience the deep restorative power of your own breath. This series offers more than techniques—it provides a personal, supportive, and deeply restorative container to connect with your breath, body, and the rhythms of your life. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
