Our state-of-the-art mPulse infrared sauna by Sunlighten delivers full-spectrum infrared therapy designed to gently elevate your core temperature, stimulate circulation, and promote deep, cellular detoxification. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat penetrates deeply into the tissues, supporting muscle recovery, pain relief, skin health, and overall vitality. The sauna utilizes near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths, each providing unique benefits: Near infrared gently penetrates the skin to support cellular repair, skin rejuvenation, and anti-aging. Mid infrared reaches muscles and joints to ease tension, improve circulation, and relieve discomfort. Far infrared penetrates deeply into tissues to stimulate detoxification, cardiovascular activity, and overall vitality. Payment ✦ Payment is due at the time of your appointment. ✦ Checks are not accepted. ✦ For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service charge. ✦ A 10% discount is offered for advance payment (Venmo transactions include the $5 service charge). Self Care Sliding Scale ✦ If this offering calls to you but the cost feels heavy in this season, explore the Self-Care Sliding Scale. No one is ever turned away. Cancellations ✦ A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, except Shirodhara. ✦ Shirodhara appointments require 48 hours’ notice. ✦ Appointments canceled without proper notice will be charged in full. ✦ No-shows for classes or sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Refunds ✦ No refunds are available after a series has begun. ✦ No refunds for services already rendered. ✦ To honor the preparation and time reserved for you, prepaid services are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of your appointment.
