Service Description
This is a complete set of ten hand-decorated wooden “seeds,” each one inscribed with a Yama or Niyama—the ethical and personal observances that form the foundation of a yogic life. In my Living a Yogic Lifestyle offering, this practice is taught, explored, and supported, and each participant receives a bundle of seeds as part of the journey. Once you’re familiar with the practice, additional seed bundles are available here for personal use or to share with friends and family. The ritual is simple and intentional. Each day, you select one seed and allow that value to guide how you think, speak, and move through the world. Rather than remaining philosophical concepts, the Yamas and Niyamas become lived, embodied practices—woven gently into everyday life. This is a practice I created and continue to use myself. Over time, it supports deeper awareness, integrity, compassion, and alignment—helping yoga move beyond the mat and into the heart of daily living. These seeds are meant to be returned to again and again, planting intention, cultivating presence, and supporting a truly yogic lifestyle. Cancellation Policy
Payment ✦ Payment is due at the time of your appointment. ✦ Checks are not accepted. ✦ For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service charge. ✦ A 10% discount is offered for advance payment (Venmo transactions include the $5 service charge). Self Care Sliding Scale ✦ If this offering calls to you but the cost feels heavy in this season, explore the Self-Care Sliding Scale. No one is ever turned away. Cancellations ✦ A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, except Shirodhara. ✦ Shirodhara appointments require 48 hours’ notice. ✦ Appointments canceled without proper notice will be charged in full. ✦ No-shows for classes or sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Refunds ✦ No refunds are available after a series has begun. ✦ No refunds for services already rendered. ✦ To honor the preparation and time reserved for you, prepaid services are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of your appointment.
