✨ Extended Nervous System Reset (105 minutes) For those who feel deeply depleted, overwhelmed, or stuck in chronic stress patterns, the extended session allows the body more time to unwind, settle, and fully let go. With unhurried, continuous flow, this experience supports deeper nervous system regulation, enhanced lymphatic movement, and a more profound release of long-held tension—often leading to improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a lasting sense of calm. Payment ✦ Payment is due at the time of your appointment. ✦ Checks are not accepted. ✦ For your convenience, Venmo is accepted with a $5 service charge. ✦ A 10% discount is offered for advance payment (Venmo transactions include the $5 service charge). Cancellations ✦ A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments, except Shirodhara. ✦ Shirodhara appointments require 48 hours’ notice. ✦ Appointments canceled without proper notice will be charged in full. ✦ No-shows for classes or sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Refunds ✦ No refunds are available after a series has begun. ✦ No refunds for services already rendered. ✦ To honor the preparation and time reserved for you, prepaid services are non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of your appointment.
