Service Description

While it flows automatically, we also have the power to consciously shape it.” ~ PJ In this two-month commitment, you’ll attend four 90-minute sessions, mindfully spaced every other week to allow the space needed for integration and embodiment. Every system of the body listens to the breath, taking cues from its rhythm, depth, and quality. How we breathe quietly shapes how we think, feel, perceive the world, and move through our lives. In this series, the breath is approached as a living regulator—of the nervous system, energy, mood, and attention. When the breath is steady and supported, clarity, ease, and resilience naturally arise. Rather than forcing change, we work with the breath to set the tone for the entire system. This offering is designed for two participants, though you are equally welcome to attend solo. Practicing alongside a friend, loved one, or chosen companion creates a shared container of support, accountability, and intention, extending the benefits beyond the mat. Over the four sessions, you’ll build a strong, embodied foundation that supports daily life and advanced pranayama practices. Practices are tailored to the seasons and time of day, teaching you how to adapt your breath to meet your physical, mental, and emotional needs. You’ll explore techniques to warm the body, support deeper rest, release tension and pain, and foster emotional balance, making the breath a practical, reliable medicine you can use anytime. Sessions are scheduled every other week, giving you time to integrate the work, notice subtle shifts, and cultivate a self-guided daily practice. With just two participants, the space remains calm, attentive, and unhurried—ideal for those seeking a small, intentional, and personal experience. CLASS DATES: You choose the day and time that works best for you. The four sessions are scheduled within an eight-week period to support consistency and integration. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
