This intimate mindful meditation series consists of four 108 - minute sessions, meeting every other week. Rooted in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the series centers the breath as a steady, healing anchor for cultivating awareness, resilience, and inner calm. The offering is intentionally designed for two participants, allowing you to join with a friend, loved one, or chosen companion to share intention and gentle accountability—or you may attend solo for a deeply personal and reflective experience. With only two participants per series, we create a quiet, supportive container that encourages deep listening, presence, and meaningful integration. Over the course of the series, participants will explore the Seven Pillars of Mindfulness and learning to weave these principles into thoughts, actions, and words—bringing mindfulness fully into everyday life. The every-other-week rhythm is intentional: it provides space between sessions to practice independently, integrate the teachings, and deepen your personal meditation habit, so that each class builds upon your own evolving awareness and mindfulness practice. This series is ideal for anyone seeking to step away from the noise of daily life, reduce stress and cultivate quiet, lasting peace from within. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
