Service Description

An intimate series of four 108-minute Yin Yoga sessions, crafted to cultivate serene presence and profound relaxation. Allow yourself to be held by stillness, unwind tension, and indulge in the quiet luxury of mindful self-care. This series is intentionally designed for two people—though you are equally welcome to attend solo. You may choose to practice alongside a friend, loved one, or chosen companion, sharing intention, gentle accountability, and support. Practiced together, yin becomes a quiet space where relationships deepen, hearts soften, and mindful presence extends beyond the mat. Classes meet every other week, creating spaciousness between sessions. These off-weeks are an integral part of the offering, inviting you to establish a formal, self-guided yin practice at home, deepen personal insight, and integrate what unfolds in class. This rhythm encourages independence, consistency, and a more intimate relationship with your own practice—whether shared or solitary. Rooted in seasonal wisdom and yin yoga, each class explores long-held, floor-based postures that target the connective tissues, joints, and fascia, with particular attention to the meridians and sinew channels most affected during the current season around us (and within us). The practice shifts throughout the year to support balance, circulation, and harmony with nature’s rhythms. Seasonal meridian focus may include: Winter: Kidney & Bladder Spring: Liver & Gallbladder Summer: Heart & Small Intestine Late Summer: Spleen & Stomach Fall: Lung & Large Intestine From an Ayurvedic lens, this slow, grounding practice helps pacify seasonal imbalances—particularly excess vata—supporting steadiness, warmth, and nervous system regulation throughout the year. With just two participants, the space remains calm and uncrowded—ideal for those who prefer small, intentional classes or are seeking a more personal, attentive experience. Gentle breath awareness, silence, and mindful pacing support nervous system regulation, release of tension, and a return to inner steadiness.
