Step out of the noise and into a life aligned with nature, circadian rhythms, and the simple things. Each session is tailored to your unique dosha (constitutional type) and current imbalances, helping restore balance, support nervous system regulation, and guide you back to your natural rhythm. Our first appointment together unfolds over a spacious two-plus-hour Ayurvedic consultation—an intentional space for deep listening, exploration of your constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikriti), and the rhythms shaping your daily life. This is a time to slow down and breathe — bringing gentle awareness to the seasons of nature and tuning your body and mind to the rhythms moving around and within you. From here, we explore what may be unfolding internally, especially when imbalances extend beyond the seasonal cycle. Together, we begin to craft a fully personalized path — one that supports harmony, resilience, and a return to balance. Patti Jo lives what she teaches, bringing firsthand experience to every session. Over time, you’ll learn to recognize the tools, practices, and rhythms that support your mind, body, and spirit, as well as the habits and patterns to avoid—so you can self-regulate, restore, and thrive naturally. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Out of respect for all clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule private appointments. For group sessions or private series, a 14-day notice is required for cancellation. Failure to provide proper notice will result in full payment for the series, unless your spot is filled by another participant. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed, unrushed experience. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for clients booked after you. Depending on the length of the delay, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
