Service Description

Welcome Sweet Seed ~ I am so excited you will be joining me for the WINTER Lifestyle MONTHLY Series. this series is LIVE & IN PERSON @ Lester Public Library, Two Rivers. SELF CARE INVESTMENT $75 $60 (EARLY BIRD ends 12/15) Use coupon code EBwinter24 This series INCLUDES (3) THREE Classes -- ONCE a Month, January - March 2024 -- Monday Evening -- Janury 15, February 19, March 4 -- 5:45 pm - 7:33 pm (108 Minutes) -- payment due by 1/2/24 WINTER TIME is Kapha season with strong vata undertones. EACH PRACTICE INCLUDES a mindful mix of yoga philosophy, ayurvedic medicine, pranayama, seasonal asana, meditation and intentional rest. CANCELLATION POLICY: Out of respect for all, there is a 14 day cancellation policy for all series. No refunds once a series begins. Failure to withdraw your registration within 14 days of the start date, full payment will still be required, unless someone on the wait list can take your spot. LATE ARRIVAL: To have a rush free experience, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class. Should you arrive late, please enter quietly as to not disturb those already in practice. FEELING UNWELL: As always, if you are feeling unwell or anyone in your family is unwell, please remain home to rest.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Out of respect for all, there is a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling all PRIVATE appointments. FOR GROUP or PRIVATE SERIES, there is a 14 day notice for cancellation. Failure to notify Mindful Living will still result in full payment for the series, unless someone is able to take your spot. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: It is always best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, out of respect for clients that follow, an extension of your scheduled time is not possible. Also, depending upon how late you arrive, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
