During this 60 minute session your child will explore and embody the seeds of mindfulness. Each seed will empower your child to grow healthy habits and overcome stressful situations in a calm and positive way. PRIMARY FOCUS is on breathing and applying tools to naturally reduce stress, calm the mind and body and promote better movement, sleep, digestion and focus. TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION VIRTUALLY Prepare a space that warm, queit and free from distractions. Have a mat and plenty of blankets and pillows. IF YOU ARE ATTENDING IN PERSON, please bring with you a blanket and plan on arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. BENEFITS OF MINDFUL YOGA: Introducing mindfulness into the lives of families, children and teens is one of the greatest gifts of love. Mindfulness builds emotional intelligence, boosts happiness, increases curiosity and engagement, reduces anxiety and depression, soothes the pain of trauma, and promotes greater focus, concentration and most importantly, the awareness to make healthier choices. Open to all ages 6 - 17 CANCELLATION POLICY: As a courtesy to all, there is a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling. Failure to notify Mindful Living, will result in full payment. No refunds.
CANCELATION POLICY: Out of respect for all, there is a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling all PRIVATE appointments. FOR GROUP or PRIVATE SERIES, there is a 14 day notice for cancellation. Failure to notify Mindful Living will still result in full payment for the series, unless someone is able to take your spot. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: It is always best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, out of respect for clients that follow, an extension of your scheduled time is not possible. Also, depending upon how late you arrive, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
