Hello Sweet Seed ~ Our breath is our greatest healer giving us what we need in any given moment. Out of the 12 systems of the body, the respiratory system is required for all other 11 systems to work properly. When we are not breathing properly, nothing is working properly. Bring a journal with to take notes. FEELING UNWELL: One of the best times to make time for self-care is when we are not feeling well. IF YOU, or anyone in your home, is not feeling well, please notify Mindful Living immediately so that your session can be moved to ZOOM. CANCELLATION POLICY: Out of respect for all, there is a 24 hour cancellation notice. Failure to notify Mindful Living will result in full payment. No refunds. LATE ARRIVALS: Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. Appontment times will not be extended for those arriving late. Out of respect for those after you, if you arrive too late your appointment may need to be rescheduled.


Cancellation Policy

CANCELATION POLICY: Out of respect for all, there is a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling all PRIVATE appointments. FOR GROUP or PRIVATE SERIES, there is a 14 day notice for cancellation. Failure to notify Mindful Living will still result in full payment for the series, unless someone is able to take your spot. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: It is always best to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, out of respect for clients that follow, an extension of your scheduled time is not possible. Also, depending upon how late you arrive, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
