Service Description

When given the attention it deserves, our breath has the power to heal us, at the root, physically, mentally and emotiionally. Did you know that breath has the ability to reduce pain and discomfort. lower blood pressure. increase flexibility, mobility create more awareness calm the nervous system. ease grief, saddness and anger. promote deeper sleep. energize. reduce stress and anxiety balance hormones. warm up or cool down the body. promote better digestion and elimination increase focus and concentration DURING EACH SESSION we will explore and experience a specific pranayama practice. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR PRACTICE: Arrive with a Beginner's Mind & EMPTY BELLY. Be in a space that is clean, free of distractions and noise and offers you space to lay down. Prepare some tea and be warm. Have a pen & journal available along with blankets, blocks or chair so that you will be comfortable. Be sure to have the latest version of zoom uploaded on your computer to have a stress free experience. CANCELLATION POLICY: As a courtesy to all, there is a 48 hour cancellation notice. No refunds.
